Medicines Management Solutions (MMS®) are a nationwide company and leading provider of pharmacist support in all aspects of medicines management within Primary Care. MMS® are approved providers for various Primary Care Organisations including Commissioning Support Units and GP Federations.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality pharmacist support and have completed in excess of 800,000 patient clinical reviews.
Our specialised services deliver improved patient outcomes, effective prescribing and high quality disease management. We can offer assistance with Medicines Optimisation, Medication Review Clinics, Care Home Support as well as the introduction of a GP Practice Pharmacist and supporting their ongoing Learning & Development. Our pharmacist service has the option to be fully funded from your ARRS entitlement.
