Cancellation Policy
MMS events open to pharmacists are either subsidised or are provided at no cost. MMS provide these with the support from our affiliated sponsors based on attendance, to provide education and learning to support upskilling and professional development. We do have a responsibility to use this funding appropriately and may also be liable for additional venue related costs due to non-attendance. We understand that circumstances can arise which prevent you from attending on our booked events, however we would anticipate notification as soon as possible to allow us to open the place to others. As such, MMS reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice for non-attendance is not provided 72 hours prior to the booked event. This fee will be a flat discretionary rate of £40.
