As Managing Director, Prad leads the MMS team and is a vastly experienced clinical pharmacist with over 30 years working with both the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry – since the formation of MMS in 2007, Prad has overseen the successful growth of the company since day one.
His expertise and skills have been crafted by collaborative work within a large number of areas of NHS primary care including medicines optimisation, clinical support in GP practices, commissioning, strategy, finance and formulary Development.
Prad leads on our pharma support workstream, having successfully worked with a number of leading industry clients. He provides clinical advice and guidance on how to best align their product offerings and services to meet the very specific requirements of the NHS.
Harry has led MMS as Clinical Director and Managing Partner since our formation in 2007, and has utilised his expertise and experience to grow our service offer during that time. He oversees the service development and operational management of our nationwide team of Clinical Pharmacists and MMS remote hub, leading the journey from service development to delivery.
He qualified as a pharmacist in 1990, from Manchester University and grew his expertise with subsequent post graduate qualifications in Clinical Practice and Prescribing. His experience includes over 30 years as a clinical pharmacist including senior roles in community pharmacy, NHS primary care commissioning groups, and academia.
Hasmita is our Associate Director and has been leading as Head of Governance at MMS since 2013. As a qualified pharmacy technician specialising in governance and quality assurance, she has a wealth of experience in senior roles within NHS England and the General Pharmaceutical Council. She provides strategic direction and leadership, ensuring our services are delivered in line with company policies and Governance framework.
Her role is vital to ensuring MMS complies with statutory, legislative, and good practice requirements across all clinical activities. Hasmita also ensures the efficient running of head office and service delivery with our Operations Manager.
Our Head of GP Services, Janak, is a qualified pharmacist and independent prescriber, with specialism in training and IT. As our GP Pharmacist Lead since 2018, he provides leadership in developing pharmacists and overseeing training to onboard into GP services, together with providing oversight of our IT infrastructure to provide safe and secure virtual services to NHS clients.
Vinesh joined MMS in 2021 as Head of Service Development, leading on collaborative working and clinical service developments. He is a hugely experienced and qualified pharmacist and independent prescriber specialising in primary care services, with special clinical interests in women’s health and pharmacist led respiratory and cardiovascular services.
Rebecca is responsible for operational oversight and guidance, together with holding responsibility for our administrative team.
Her background includes extensive experience across the NHS and private sector.
Kirstie has a multi-faceted role supporting our Operations Manager which includes accounts administration, liaison with clinical pharmacists, data maintenance, and event support.
Dylan supports on a wide range of projects across the business, including marketing communications, research, and supporting our service development team.
